    It mainly develops and manufactures electronic instrument for measurement, such as: oscilloscope, signal generator, DC Regulated Power Supply, AC millivoltmeter, Parameter tester, Safety tester, Photoelectricity instrument, Monitor/security system, Biology engineering instrument, Railway wiring, Power monitor altogether more than one hundred kinds classified into 6 categories.
    Since 1998, the total sales have been listing as the first on its field and keeping all the time. In 2002, the production value of the enterprise was RMB ￥130 million, the total amount of sale RMB ￥95 million and the profits tax RMB ￥13 million. It succeeded to develop 10 new products, among which beyond 85% are with advanced and high technique in province.
    In recent years, the enterprise holds tightly the developing opportunity to increase constantly the economic benefits and improve constantly the comprehensive strength. And it set up 28 sale service nets in the whole country, which form the perfect system of sale service. The enterprise spent RMB ￥30 million for introducing the testing, processing instruments and built the information center, CAD center, measurement test experimental center which is the no.65 test station of Jiangsu measurement test net and machine process center.
